We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost. If you wish to return a product, please review our Refund Policyin full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

About Favorite Cashmere
Our Favorite Cashmere 0.03mm Lash is an industry icon. First created in 2016 by our co-founder Sylwia Walus for the Flower Bouquet Technique®. It was the first ultra-fine diameter lash in the U.S. market, and remains the FAVORITE among lash artists today.
Crafted with feather-light, ultra-soft fibers, these lashes offer the deepest black available, making them ideal for a range of techniques, including volume and mega-volume styles.
What sets Favorite Cashmere 0.03mm apart is the combination of their feather-light fibers, innovative tapered tips, and our proprietary loose-base tape technology. These lashes feature a slightly more tapered effect throughout the length, enhancing precision and creating fuller, fluffier fans. With improved curl consistency and stability, our Cashmere Lashes are cruelty-free and named after the softness and richness of the fiber they emulate.
*Note to all Customers: While we are in the process of transitioning ALL Favorite Cashmere 0.03 lashes to our new 18-line, eco-friendly packaging, some trays in specific variants will still ship with 16 lines. This is until inventory in those variants is depleted, at which point those variants will be added to the 18-line sustainable packaging. Rest assured, the lashes in both are exactly the same.
